We provide digital design, front-end layout styling, optimization, and launching configurations for small business websites. Projects are executed strictly according to the designated tier selected at checkout (e.g., 1-page setups, 3-page layouts, or custom packages). Any adjustments requested outside of the initial design scope will require a new estimation and structural amendment.
For clients selecting our rental structures, the website layout, architecture, and associated files remain the intellectual property of Simple Site Service and are hosted exclusively on our network systems. Subscription maintenance and server fees are billed recurringly on a monthly cadence. Failure to settle recurring balances within a designated grace period may result in immediate layout suspension or disruption of web accessibility.
For standard purchase options where ownership is selected, the custom design layout files are granted to the client upon full payment reconciliation. Clients are responsible for maintaining target domain credentials, registration renewals, and external subscription accounts unless ongoing web hosting and technical administration support features are explicitly added to the project agreement.
Clients must supply all essential business details, images, imagery descriptions, social links, and specific legal copy necessary to populate the custom web layouts. Simple Site Service assumes zero responsibility for verifying the copyright authorization of graphics, photos, or media files delivered by the client for inclusion on the platform.
We provide clear visual styling assessments and minor layout alignment fixes within the context of the requested package before launch. Structural variations, sweeping modifications to features, or complete rewrites of structural elements requested post-deployment will count as distinct custom requests and will incur separate maintenance fees.
While our markup code is engineered to be exceptionally clean, ultra-lightweight, and mobile-friendly to support clean web crawling, search rankings are highly dependent on localized competition, external content strategies, domain authority, and search engine algorithm behavior. Simple Site Service offers no implicit or explicit guarantees regarding precise placement positions on search engine result pages.
Simple Site Service, its owners, and its operators will not be held liable for any commercial losses, structural site drops, digital downtime, data loss, or indirect functional disruptions stemming from third-party server performance, dynamic database loops, or client modifications made to the hard-coded source files after final project handoff.
